Rental terms
Quotes and orders
Each service is covered by a detailed quote, valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed on receipt of the signed quote and the 30% deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros excluding VAT. Transport, set-up and hosting are costed in the quote. Branding in the client's colours is optional. The balance is due 30 days from the invoice date.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. More than 60 days before the event: the 30% deposit is retained. Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the amount including VAT is due. Between 30 and 8 days: 75%. Less than 8 days: 100%. A postponement requested more than 30 days in advance is accepted once free of charge, to a date within 12 months, with the deposit carried over. In the event of force majeure or an official ban, sums paid are carried over to a new date or refunded. For an outdoor activation, if an official weather warning is issued (amber or red), the service is postponed free of charge.
Equipment and liability
The equipment remains the property of Striker Ball. The client guarantees a space matching the area and access stated in the quote. Any damage beyond normal use is invoiced at repair cost. Striker Ball holds professional liability insurance with AXA.

Privacy
Data collected
The contact and quote forms collect name, email, phone, company and project description. The data controller is STRIKER BALL. This data is used only to answer your request and prepare the quote (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request). It is sent by email to our sales team.
Retention
It is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. It is never sold or transferred to third parties. Visit statistics (Google Analytics) are kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object. Write to contact@striker-ball.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies
The site uses two types of trackers. Necessary trackers (language choice, remembering your cookie choice) do not require consent. Google Analytics audience cookies (_ga, _ga_*, 13 months) are only set after you agree; they show us which pages are viewed, in aggregate. Google Ireland Ltd is the processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.
